通过对长洲水电站机组轴承润滑油流量计位置改造及开停机流程回路中油流量信号判据进行优化,避免机组出现油流中断后不能及时快速地停机造成轴瓦烧损的安全事故。

The bearing bush burnt due to the delayed shutdown of unit resulting from oil flow interruption is avoided through modifying the position of bearing lubricating oil flow meter and optimizing the criterion of oil flow signals that come from the loop of startup and shutdown process.
