赛肤润联合水胶体敷料防治截瘫患者护理并发症的效果观察

Effect observation of sanyren combined with hydrocolloid dressing in preventing and curing of complications in paraplegia patients

目的探讨赛肤润联合水胶体敷料防治截瘫患者护理并发症的临床应用效果。方法采用赛肤润联合水胶体敷料防治65例截瘫患者的护理并发症。观察比较本组65例截瘫患者预防及治疗前后的护理效果。结果预防高度风险发生压疮患者的总有效率为96.6%,治疗Ⅰ期压疮患者的总有效率为96.4%,治疗Ⅱ期压疮患者的总有效率为83.3%,治疗Ⅳ期压疮患者的总有效率为100%;预防高度风险发生静脉炎患者的总有效率为90.0%,治疗Ⅰ级静脉炎患者的总有效率为87.0%,治疗Ⅱ级静脉炎患者的总有效率为50.0%;防治肛周及会阴部湿疹患者的总有效率为100%;防治肌肉注射所致肌肉硬结患者的总有效率为96.2%。结论赛肤润联合水胶体敷料能有效防治截瘫患者的护理并发症,且快速安全,操作简便。

Objective To explore the clinical application of Sanyren combined with hydrocolloid dressing in preventing and controlling of complications in paraplegia patients.Methods Apply Sanyren combined with hydrocolloid dressing to prevent and cure complications of 65 cases of paraplegia patients and observe the nursing effect of 65 paraplegia patients before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate for the prevention of high risk pressure sores is 96.6% and the total effective rate of treatment for phaseⅠ patients with pressure sores was 96.4%.The total effective rate of treatment for phaseⅡ patients with pressure sores was 83.3%.The total effective rate of treatment for phaseⅣ patients with pressure sores was 100%,The total effective rate for prevention of high risk phlebitis was 90.0%,the total effective rate of treatment of phlebitis in gradeⅠ was 87% and the total effective rate of treatment of phlebitis in gradeⅡ was 50%.The total effective rate of prevention and treatment of eczema in the perineal areas was 100% and the total effective rate on patients with induration caused by intramuscular injection was 96.2%.Conclusion Being safe and easy to operate,Sanyren combined with hydrocolloid dressing can effectively prevent and cure complications of paraplegia patients.
