摘要
以Fe(NO3)3和升华硫、二甲基甲酰胺为反应物,通过一步水热法合成的Fe S晶体。将此晶体应用于染料敏化太阳能电池对电极材料,并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、光电流密度-电压特性曲线(J-V)、循环伏安测试(CV)以及电化学阻抗谱分析(EIS),分别研究了其物相、表面形貌、电催化活性和光电转化性能。结果表明硫化亚铁晶体具有较高的电催化活性,其电池的光电转化效率超出了Pt电极电池效率相比拟的值。
Fe S crystals were synthesized by one step hydrothermal method using Fe(NO3)3 and sublimation sulfur,two formamide as reactants. The crystal used in dye-sensitized solar cells on the electrode material,and through transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X ray diffraction(XRD),light current density voltage curves(J-V),cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),respectively the phase,surface morphology,electrocatalytic activity and photoelectric conversion properties. The results show that the electrocatalytic activity of ferrous sulfide crystal has high photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery,the battery efficiency beyond the Pt electrode compared to the value of.
