"对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明"这"四句话、十六字"总要求,指明了新疆公安消防部队建设和发展的方向,是引领推动新疆消防工作和队伍建设的关键所在。新疆公安消防部队只有站稳政治立场,坚定理想信念,才能筑牢对党忠诚的政治灵魂;只有加强能力建设,主动回应期待,才能践行服务人民的根本宗旨;只有优化执法服务,规范执法行为,才能坚守执法公正的价值取向;只有强化教育管理,严肃警风警纪,才能锻造纪律严明的过硬队伍。

To serve the people and enforce the law impartially with loyalty to the Party and strict discipline has been shortened as Four Sentences and Sixteen Words,which points out the direction of force construction and development of Xinjiang firefighting force. Only by being politically steadfast and firm in belief can Xinjiang firefighting force form a political soul loyal to the Party. Only by building combat capabilities and responding to every expectation can we realize the goal of serving the people. Only by optimizing our service and standardizing the law enforcement procedure can we consolidate justice in law enforcement. And only by strengthening our interior management and appreciating strict discipline can we build a highly disciplined force.
