Study on Constructing Public Office Lawyer System in The Public Security Border Force

构建公安边防部队公职律师制度是深化律师制度改革、推进法治边防建设、提高执法规范化水平的迫切需要。当前部分总队已经进行了公职律师制度的试点工作,取得了有益经验,但就制度构建层面而言,仍需确定人员来源,明确选拔标准,划定职能范围,确定管理模式。

Constructing a public office lawyer system is the universal requirements for deepening the reform of lawyer system,promoting the construction of the rule of law along the border areas and standardizing law enforcement procedure. Some police crops have started the pilot work of public office lawyer system and obtained beneficial experience. But efforts must be made to ascertain the source of personnel,define selection standard,delimit the scope of functions,and confirm management mode.
