摘要
20世纪上半叶我国中小学校音乐教育在音乐教育法规、教材建设上有一定发展,表现为音乐教育正式列入教育政策法规,音乐课成为学校必修课;音乐教材数量增加,教材建设逐渐走向规范化。但由于特殊的社会环境,也存在一些局限,如缺乏全国性的音乐监督、审查机制;音乐师资缺乏,教学水平良莠不齐。
In the first half of the 20th century, music education in terms of laws and regulations and teaching materials construction in China’s elementary and middle schools has developed to a certain extent, which is characterized by: music education is officially listed in the education policies and regulations, and music lessons become school required courses; the number of music teaching materials increases, and the teaching material construction becomes gradually standardized. However, due to the special social environment, there are some limitations: there is no national music supervision and censorship mechanism; and schools are lacking in music teachers and the teaching level is uneven.
