内地藏族与汉族大学生社会适应性调查研究

Investigation on the Social Adaptation of Tibetan and Han Undergraduate Students

通过问卷调查探索汉族大学生和内地藏族大学生在社会适应能力上是否存在民族差异。采用SPSS对内地藏族与汉族大学生社会适应性能力进行数据分析,得出汉族和内地藏族大学生在工作学习维度上都存在不足;此外,汉族大学生在家庭生活与社会交往的差异有显著意义,内地藏族大学生在身体状况与社会交往的差异有显著意义。根据这些结论提出提高大学生社会适应能力的一点建议。

The paper explores whether ethnic differences exist in the social adaptation of Han and Tibetan undergraduate students by questionnaire survey. Data are analyzed by SPSS, and it turns out the Han and Tibetan students are both lack of work and study ability; in addition, family life and social interaction have a signifcant infuence on Han students, while physical condition and social interaction play a great role in the Tibetan undergraduate students. Thus, some advices are given in order to improve the social adaptation of the undergraduate students.
