东莞市高职专业结构与区域产业结构的匹配分析

Analysis on the Match of Professional Structures of Higher Vocational Colleges and Regional Industrial Structure in Dongguan

地方高职教育与区域产业结构对接是其办学方向之一。通过研究发现,东莞市高职专业结构与区域产业结构发展不均衡,一方面与第二产业对接缺乏,另一方面与第三产业匹配过量。在对东莞市的高职教育及产业结构现状实证分析基础上,提出了东莞市的高职教育与产业结构匹配对接的策略。

The link of local higher vocational education and regional industrial structure is one of the directions of the school running. The results showed that the professional structure of higher vocational colleges is not balanced with the development of regional industrial structure in Dongguan. On the one hand,it doesn't connect very well with the secondary industry; on the othe r hand,it match excess with the third industry. Based on the analysis,the paper putted forward some countermeasures.
