摘要 高性能PPS纤维的高温易氧化制约了其在高温过滤领域的推广应用,项目研发制备了Ti/SiO_2纳米复合改性PPS纤维,利用SEM、XRD、OIT和耐酸热等方法对纯PPS纤维与复合改性PPS纤维的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明Ti/SiO_2能够较好的分散在PPS基体中,并与之相容,提高了PPS的整体韧性;纳米复合Ti/SiO_2起到了异相成核剂的作用,使PPS的结晶温度高移14.07℃,结晶成核能力增强,相同的工艺条件下,结晶度提高了14.8%;改性PPS纤维的初始分解温度和失重5%分解温度分别高移10.4℃和19.8℃,明显提高了纤维的热稳定性;动态OIT和耐酸热结果表明,改性PPS纤维的耐高温氧化性能提高,与国际先进PPS纤维持平,可以替代进口。 High temperature oxidation performance of PPS fiber restricts its application in the field of high temperature filtration.Therefore,Ti/SiO_2 nanocomposite modified PPS fiber was prepared.The structure and properties of pure PPS fiber and modified PPS fiber were characterized by SEM,XRD,OIT,acid and heat resistance methods.The results showed that the Ti/SiO_2 could be commendably dispersed in PPS matrix,and it was compatible with PPS matrix,overall toughness of PPS was improved;Nanocomposite Ti/SiO_2 played a role in heterogeneous nucleation,the crystallization temperature of PPS raised by 14.07℃,the crystallization nucleation ability was enhanced.Under the same conditions,crystallization degree increased by 14.8%;The initial decomposition temperature and decomposition temperature in 5% mass loss of PPS fiber increased by 10.4℃and 19.8℃,respectively,the thermal stability of fiber was improved significantly;Dynamic OIT and acid and heat resistance results showed that the high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance properties of modified PPS fiber were increased.The modified PPS fiber had the same level with international advanced PPS fiber,and the products could replace import.
