摘要
本文以CGSS2013数据为基础,运用Heckman样本选择模型和分位数回归方法 ,对国有部门和非国有部门性别收入差距及其影响因素进行了比较研究。研究发现:(1)国有与非国有部门男性收入均高于女性,非国有部门性别收入差距大于国有部门;(2)性别歧视是导致性别收入差距的主要因素,非国有部门的性别歧视程度更严重;(3)两个部门中两性的教育回报率存在较大差异,非国有部门男性教育回报率最高而女性教育回报率最低,国有部门女性教育回报率高于非国有部门女性教育回报率;(4)由于两性人力资本存量的差异以及教育回报率的差异,非国有部门的性别收入差距显著高于国有部门。
Based on the data from C G S S2013, this paper conducts a comparative research of the gender income gap and its influential factors in the state - o w n e d and non -state - o w n e d sectors by H e c k m a n sample selection model and quantile regression. The main findings are as follows:1. the income of male labor is higher than the female regardless of the sector, and the gender income gap in n o n-state-owned sector is larger than that of state-owned sector;2. Gender discrimination is the main factor leading to gender income gap, which is more serious in n o n-state-owned sector; 3.The education return rate reviewed by gender shows that male boast of higher return rate than female in non-state sector,while the female working in state sector enjoy higher education return rate than those working in non-state sector;4.the difference in gender h u m a n capitals and the education return rate seem to be the two main cause for the gender income gap in the non-state sector which is significantly higher than that of the state-owned sector.
