高氯冶炼烟灰中氯的分析方法研究

Study on Analytical Method of Chlorine Content in Chloride-rich Dusts from Smelter Process

烟灰试样经氢氧化钠高温熔融后,用热水浸取,硝酸酸化,加入定量并过量的硝酸银溶液,沉淀试样中的氯离子。分离氯化银沉淀,用硫氰酸钾标准溶液滴定过量的硝酸银,间接计算氯含量。方法分析结果准确、稳定、加标回收率高,对实际分析工作有指导作用。

The dusts specimen was molten and decomposed by sodium hydroxide under high temperature,leached with hot water and acidified with nitric acid. A certain quantity of silver nitrate standard solution was excessively added into the sample solution in order to precipitate the chlorine. The silver chloride precipitation was isolated by filtration. The surplus silver ions were titrated with potassium thiocyanate standard solution,the chlorine content is thus determined indirectly. This method has wide range of determination. The results of analysis are accurate and stable,which has the instruction function to the actual analysis work.
