麻醉患者体温变化对麻醉后苏醒效果和拔管时间的影响

Effects of hypothermia on the effect of anesthesia and the time of extubation

目的:分析麻醉患者体温变化对麻醉后苏醒效果以及拔管时间的影响。方法:选择2015年1月—2017年1月手术患者85例,随机分为观察组45例和对照组40例。对照组麻醉后给予常规处理,观察组麻醉后给予保温处理。比较两组患者的苏醒时间、拔管时间和舒张压、收缩压、心率以及寒战、血压异常、心律失常等不良反应发生率,了解患者对麻醉效果的满意情况。结果:观察组的苏醒时间和拔管时间明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压以及心率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为11.1%,对照组为27.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉效果的满意度为93.5%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉后给予保温处理能够加快患者的苏醒时间和拔管时间。

Objective： To analyze effect of hypothermia on the effect of anesthesia and the time of extubation. Methods：From January 2015 to January 2017,during the period of 85 cases of surgical patients admitted in our hospital operating room as the research object,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group patients after anesthesia given conventional treatment,the experimental group patients after anesthesia for insulation treatment. To observe and compare the two groups of patients with awakening time,extubation time,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and chills,abnormal blood pressure and arrhythmia and other adverse reactions and patient satisfaction with anesthesia. Results： The patients of waking time and extubation time in observation group significantly less than the control group,there was significient difference（P〈0. 05）. The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0. 05）,there was significient difference（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11. 1% and that in the control group was 27. 5%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93. 5% and the control group was 80. 0%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： After anesthesia for heat preservation processing can accelerate the awaken time and extubation time of patients.
