围产期颅内静脉窦血栓形成9例机械取栓治疗效果观察

Effect observation on treatment of 9 cases with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis by perinatal period

目的:探讨围产期颅内重症静脉窦血栓形成血管内治疗的有效性及安全性。方法:对9例围产期颅内重症静脉窦血栓形成患者行机械取栓术,其中3例联合微导管接触性溶栓治疗,观察治疗的有效性。结果:机械取栓后,8例未出现任何并发症,1例发生颅内出血。出院时神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)由术前平均8.1分恢复到2.0分,临床症状改善率达100%。结论:对围产期重症颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者及时进行机械取栓治疗,可挽救患者生命,提高其生存质量,安全有效。

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of the treatment by interventional therapy of severe cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in the perinatal period. Methods： The 9 cases of severe venous sinus thrombosis in the perinatal period were treated with mechanical extraction,and 3 cases were treated with contact thrombolysis with micro catheter. To observe the effectiveness of treatment. Results： No complication occurred in 8 cases. Intracranial hemorrhage occurred in 1 cases. The neurological deficit score（ NIHSS） was 8. 1 to 2. 0,the clinical symptom improvement rate was 100%,and the Index Barthel index reached 100 points. Conclusion： The patients with severe cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in the perinatal period were treated with mechanical thrombus in time is safety and effective.
