摘要
油松种子样品取于关帝山三道川油松天然林,主要收集地点为侯家沟、麻峪口、陈家庄、神堂沟、木口沟5个林分。采用同功酶分析技术,包括酶液制备、凝胶制备、电泳、染色等环节,分析了5个油松优良林分同功酶位点上的变异总量在林分间和群体内的分布情况。同时对林分变异做了基因多样度分析,G_(ST)值在位点间变动幅度较大,变化范围从0.006 0~0.070 9.7个位点上的G_(ST)平均值为0.049 8,即林分间的平均变异量仅占总群体的4.98%,而林分内的个体变异量占95.02%,揭示了三道川油松种群分化不明显,而个体分化显著的规律,为油松良种基地建设、修复和管理提供了科学依据。
The seed samples were taken from the natural Pines tabulaeformis forest in Sidaochuan of Guandi mountain. Themain collection sites were located in Houjiagou, Mayukou, Chenjiazhuang, Shentanggou and Mukougou. The total Isozymesvariation of 5 good stands Pines tabulaeformis and their distribution in stands and between groups were analyzed by isozymeanalysis technique which including enzyme liquid, gel preparation, electrophoresis, dyeing and other sections. Meanwhile,the genetic diversity of the stand variation was determined. The value of Glutathione S-transferase ( GST) varied widely from0. 006 0 to 0. 0709 , and the average value of GST at those 7 sites was 0. 049 8. The average variation among stands was only4. 9 8 % of the total population, while the proportion of individual variation was 95.02%. It revealed that the population differentiationwas not obvious, but the individual differentiation was remarkable, which could provide scientific basis for theconstruction, repair and management of Pines tabulaeformis improved variety base.
