摘要
利用曼地亚红豆杉硬枝扦插产生的不定根,进行根尖染色体制片,并做核型分析。结果发现,曼地亚红豆杉染色体数目为2n=2x=24,核型公式为2n=24=20m+2sm+2st,曼地亚红豆杉中部着丝粒染色体(m)为10对,近中部着丝粒染色体(sm)为1对,近端着丝粒染色体(st)为1对,曼地亚红豆杉核型为2A型。
The karyotype formulas of Taxus media were studied based on the data of measurements of mitotic metaphasechromosomes. The results showed that the chromosome number was 2n = 2x = 24 and its karyotype formula was 2n = 24 =20m ＋ 2sm ＋ 2st. The metacentric chromosome （ m） was 10 pairs, the submetacentric chromosome （ sm） was 1 pairs andthe subtelocentric chromosome （ st） was 1 pairs. The karyotype of Taxus media belonged to 2A Stebbins.
