摘要 采用高温固相法成功合成了Sr_3Lu(PO_4)_3:Pr^(3+)荧光粉。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和光谱技术,分别研究了Sr_3Lu(PO_4)_3:Pr^(3+)荧光粉的晶体结构,表面形貌和光致发光谱。研究结果表明:所合成Sr_3Lu(PO_4)_3:Pr^(3+)荧光粉具有立方的I43d空间对称结构,其表面具有不规则的颗粒形貌,光致激发波长为444 nm,发射波长为610nm,所发光为红色光,当掺杂浓度为1%的时发光效果最好。 Sr3Lu(PO4)3:Pr^3+phosphor was successfully synthesized by the high-temperature solid-phase method. The crystal structure,surface morphology and photoluminescence spectra of Sr3Lu(PO4)3:Pr^3+phosphor were investigated by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and spectroscopic techniques,respectively. The research results show that the synthesis of Sr3Lu(PO4)3:Pr^3+has a cubic I43 d space group structure,and the surface of particles is irregular. The strongest photoluminescent wavelength is 444 nm,and the strongest emission wavelength is 610 nm. The emission light is red. When the doping concentration is 1mol%,the sample has the best luminous effect.
