基于网络监测的高校图书馆异构系统整合研究与实现

Research and Implementation of the Heterogeneous System Integration in Universities Libraries Based on Network Monitoring

为了解决高校图书馆各种NoSQL(非关系型数据库)之间数据无法有效统计的问题。文章利用网络监测方法获取各个系统的访问数据并加以解析,挖掘其动态数据作为CRM(用户关系管理)分析的原始数据。以南京晓庄学院图书馆数字资源统计分析系统为平台,监测局域网中资源与服务系统的运行情况,并汇集系统数据挖掘其中有关读者等的信息,解决图书馆在NoSQL环境下无法及时获取资源利用的动态信息的问题,并在此基础上优化了图书馆的QOS(服务质量)。

[Purpose/significance] In order to solve the problems that the data between various databases can＇t be dealt with effectively. [Method/process] Gain accessed data of various systems with network monitoring method and to analyze,explore their dynamic data as the raw data for CRM（customer relations management） analysis. [Result/conclusion] Make Nanjing Xiao Zhuang University Library digital resources statistical analysis system as a platform,monitor the running situation of resources and services system in the local area network（LAN）,and collect the readers ＇ information of the system by data mining,solve the problem that the library can ＇t timely get the dynamic information of resources using under No SQL（Not Only SQL）,and based on this optimize the QOS（quality of service） of the library.
