摘要 在水溶液中以V50为引发剂,以丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为单体,合成一种分子构型为网状的阳离子高分子絮凝剂。通过考察不同因素对聚合反应的影响得出最佳合成条件:单体质量分数为20%,单体n(丙烯酰胺)∶n(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵)为8.5∶1.5,引发剂V50质量为单体质量的1.5‰,水玻璃质量为单体质量的1.5%。将该阳离子絮凝剂与分子质量和阳离子度相当的普通阳离子絮凝剂进行对比发现,自制絮凝剂的处理效率更高。将自制的絮凝剂用于油田压裂返排液对比实验,结果表明,与市场上分子质量和阳离子度均要高的普通阳离子絮凝剂相比,自制产品CODGr的能力更强。 In aqueous solution,a kind of cationic polymer flocculant with reticulate molecular configuration is synthetized by using V50 as initiator,sodium silicate as flocculating agent,and acrylamide and methyl acryloyl oxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) as monomers. By investigating the influences of different factors on the polymerization reaction,the best synthesis conditions are confirmed as follows: the concentration of monomers is 20 wt%,the molar ratio of acrylamide to DMC is 8. 5 ∶ 1. 5,the mass ratio of V50 to monomers is 1. 5 wt‰ and the mass ratio of sodium silicate to monomers is 1. 5 wt%.Comparing this cationic flocculant with common one which has similar molecular weight and cationic degree,it is found that the treatment efficiency of the prepared cationic flocculant is higher. The prepared flocculant has a higher ability in removing CODGrthan the common cationic flocculant which has higher molecular weight and higher cationic degree when they are applied for comparative experiment of fracturing flow-back fluid in oil field.
