摘要
牙种植学的发展已经使种植牙成为牙列缺损或牙列缺失患者的首选修复方式。在种植牙技术日益成熟的今天,精确种植成为临床医生追求的首要目标。锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)在术前规划和术后评估种植精确度方面起着关键作用,推动着可视化种植的快速发展。CBCT三维成像的特点能够使种植科医生充分了解患者的拟种植区情况,提高种植的成功率和精确性。文章主要从可视化的角度对CBCT在传统种植和外科导板辅助种植中的应用做一综述。
The development of oral implantology has made the dental implant be a primary choice of partially or completely edentulous people. Accurate implanting has been the chief goal of clinicians with increasingly mature implant technology nowadays. Cone beam computed tomography plays a key role in preoperative planning and assessing accurate implanting, which promotes the rapid progress of implant visualization. Its three-dimensional imaging characteristic allows the clinicians to recognize the condition of proposed operation area, which increases the implant success rate and accuracy. This article will elucidate the application of cone beam computed tomography in conventional implantation and implantation assisted by surgical template from the perspective of visualization.
