Virtue-based governing is the core thrust of administration advocated by President Xi Jinping. Xi pays high attention to regulating the official ethics： on the one hand, the officials should exercise strict self-discipline, attach importance to self-cultivation and heart rectification, examine themselves from time and time, and realize the unity of knowledge and actions; on the other band, they should be loyal to their duties and functions, care about their country and family, cultivate a good family tradition, get along with the businessmen like a gentleman, and have the people in their heart and be kind to the people.
