The Humanistic Pursuit in Chen-Liang's Thought of Ruling

陈亮的国家治理思维深刻体现着对人文关怀的诉求。陈亮治国思维中的人文诉求源起于两极分化的国家态势和理学"正心诚意"的学术修为。对实践性的"道"的独特解读是这种人文诉求的哲学根基,尊重自然法则的人性观念是其伦理根基。陈亮治国思维中的人文诉求体现在两个方面:"治天下贵乎实"的社会实效和"化私为公"的公共利益。陈亮治国思维中的这种人文追求与现代人文主义之间存在某种程度的冲突,但我们不能完全否定其应有的价值。

Humanistic pursuit is deeply reflected in Chen-Liang＇s thought of ruling. It derives from the polarization of national trend and LiXue＇s academic practice of ＂ZhengXinChengYi＂. The special interpretation of the practical ＂Dao＂ is the philosophical root of this humanistic pursuit, and human concept of respecting for the law of nature is its ethical foundation. Humanistic pursuit in Chen-Liang＇s thought of ruling is reflected in two aspects： the social utility of ＂reality is foremost in ruling state＂, and the public interest of ＂change private into public＂. There is somewhat conflict between this humanistic pursuit and the modern humanism, but we cannot completely disaffirm its value.
