摘要
随着信息通信技术的发展,电力系统已经从传统单一的电力设备网络发展成为信息物理融合的多元异构网络。智能变电站作为智能电网的重要节点,其各项业务、功能更加依赖于信息网络系统。为保障电网的安全稳定运行,智能变电站的信息网络安全问题需引起足够重视。本文介绍了智能变电站信息网络安全标准,分析了智能变电站信息物理融合系统特性,在此基础上指出了信息网络系统安全漏洞及可能存在的安全风险和安全隐患。为了满足信息网络安全需求,从三个方面阐述了安全防护措施,分别介绍了国内外的最新研究进展并对探讨了未来的发展趋势。
With the development of the information and communication technology, power grid has developed from a traditional power equipment network into a heterogeneous cyber-physical system. As a key node of power grid, the intelligent substation depends more on its information network system. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid, the security of the information network of the intelligent substation needs to be paid enough attention. This paper introduces the important standards for the intelligent substation's information network system. Main characteristics for the intelligent substation's cyber-physical system are analyzed, based on which the security vulnerabilities and security risks of the information network system are stated. In order to meet the security requirements of information network, the security measures are expounded from three aspects, the latest research progress at home and abroad is introduced, and the future trends are discussed.
