摘要
目的探讨喜炎平注射液联合阿奇霉素对儿童肺炎患儿抗炎因子、促炎因子、淋巴细胞亚群、红细胞免疫指标及免疫球蛋白的影响。方法选取2014年12月-2016年6月绵阳市妇幼保健院收治的、符合纳入标准的肺炎患儿100例。根据治疗方法的不同,分为试验组与对照组,每组各50例。试验组给予喜炎平注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗7 d,对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗7 d,比较两组抗炎因子、促炎因子、淋巴细胞亚群、红细胞免疫指标及免疫球蛋白情况。结果治疗后,两组IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、CD_3^+、RBC-ICR、RBC-C3bR、IgA、IgM、IgG水平均有不同程度改善,试验组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率96.00%(48/50),优于对照组的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.29,P<0.01)。结论喜炎平注射液联合阿奇霉素能够较好的改善儿童肺炎的抗炎因子、促炎因子、淋巴细胞亚群、红细胞免疫指标及免疫球蛋白情况,提高治疗有效率。
Objective To explore the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with azithromycin on anti-inflammatory cytokines, pro- inflammatory cytokines, lymphocyte subsets, red eel1 immune indexes, and immunoglobulins in children with pneumonia. Methods A total of 100 children meeting the inclusion criteria of pneumonia and treated in this hospital from December 2014 to June 2016 were selected. Ac- cording to different treatment methods, these children were divided into experimental group and control group, 50 children in each group. The children in experimental group were treated by Xiyanping injection combined with azithromycin for seven days, and the children in con- trol group were treated by azithromyein for seven days. The levels of anti-inflammatory cytokines, pro-inflammatory cytokines, lymphocyte subsets, red cell immune indexes, and immunoglobulins were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ, CD4^+, CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+, CD3^+, RBC-ICR, RBC-C3bR, IgA, IgM, and IgG in the two groups were improved in different degrees, especially in experimental group (P〈0. 05 ) . The total clinical effective rate in experimental group was 96. 00% (48/50), which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (74.00%, 37/50) (X^2 = 17. 29, P〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with azithromycin can effectively improve anti-inflammatory cytokines, pro-inflamma- tory cytokines, lymphocyte subsets, red cell immune indexes, and immunoglobulins in children with pneumonia, which also can improve the effective rate of treatment.
