摘要
目的探讨铁路系统女职工月经异常的影响因素,减少职业女性生殖健康问题发生。方法选取2 020例铁路女职工进行问卷调查,并应用统计分析找出铁路系统女职工月经异常的影响因素。结果铁路系统女职工月经异常发生率为42.62%。多元Logistic回归分析发现,婚姻状况(OR=0.729,95%CI:0.606~0.875,P=0.001)、是否轮班作业(OR=1.759,95%CI:1.441~2.148,P=0.000)、是否在工作场所接触有毒有害物质(OR=0.712,95%CI:0.584~0.868,P=0.001)及妇科疾病史(OR=2.529,95%CI:2.059~3.105,P=0.000)是铁路女职工月经异常的影响因素。结论广西铁路系统女职工月经异常发生率与以往结果相似,相关部门应加强对铁路系统女职工劳动保护及经期保健,减少月经异常导致的生殖健康问题及不良妊娠结局的发生。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of menoxenia in female workers of railway stations, reduce the occmxence of reproductive health problems among professional woman. Methods A total of 2 020 female workers of railway stations were surveyed by a questionnaire, the influencing factors of menoxenia in female workers of railway stations were analyzed statistically. Results The incidence rate of menoxenia in female workers of railway stations was 42. 62%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that marital status ( OR=O. 729, 95% CI: O. 606-0. 875, P=0. 001 ), shift work or not ( OR= 1. 759, 95% C1: 1. 441-2. 148, P=0. 000), exposure to toxic and hazardous substances in the workplace ( OR=O. 712, 95% CI: O. 584-0. 868, P=0. 001 ), and medical history of gynecological diseases (OR = 2. 529, 95% CI: 2. 059 - 3. 105, P = 0. 000) were influencing factors of menoxenia in female workers of railway stations. Conclusion The incidence rate of menoxenia in female workers of Guangxi railway stations is similar to the previous report. The relevant departments should strengthen labor protection and menstrual health care of female railway workers to reduce the occurrence of reproductive health problems induced by menoxenia and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
