摘要
在常压条件下,将白炭黑在碱性溶液中溶解,以溶解液为硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,制备了纳米孔包覆硅砂材料。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N2吸附等温测试对包覆硅砂材料的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,当pH、反应温度、包覆时间和包覆次数分别为11.5、60 ℃、4h和3时,包覆效果最好,所得包覆硅砂材料具有最大的比表面积55.79 m^2/g,是原始硅砂的69倍。
Under the atmospheric pressure, fumed silica (FS) was dissolved in alkaline solution. The nanoporous SiO2 coated silica sand (NS@sand) was prepared by using the solution as silicon source and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as template. The structure and morphology of the NS @sand were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and N2--sorption. The results in- dicate that the largest specific surface area of the obtained NS@sand materials is 55.79 m2/g when the pH, reaction temperature, coating time and coating times are 11.5, 60 ℃, 4h and 3, respectively. Al- so, the specific surface area of the NS@sand is 69 times of the original silica sand.
