柬埔寨粤属华侨华人社团的传承与发展

The Inheritance and Development of the Cantonese Ethnic Organizations in Cambodia

本文为对柬埔寨华人社会中的粤属社团与乡缘认同组织的开创性研究。本文以笔者2013—2017年间在柬埔寨华人社区民族史志田野访谈的资料为基础,通过对整体柬埔寨华人社会族群结构与历史发展的介绍与分析,阐述柬埔寨当代政经发展的历史基础和殖民遗绪。其后进一步探讨当前柬埔寨粤属社团现状,特别是柬埔寨华人理事总会下属的"两馆"以及柬埔寨中国商会下的"两会"的成立、发展、营运与会籍制度,并深入剖析柬埔寨粤属华侨华人社团的传承与发展困境。最后进一步归纳柬埔寨粤属华社分群及其次族群/地域认同形成的实证经验与理论范式,以探讨次族群认同或地域认同作为海外华侨华人社会研究基础单位的可能性及其对于落实侨务政策的必要性。

The article is a pioneer ethnographic work on Cambodia's Cantonese ethnic organizations focusing on its ethnohistory,status quo,and development predicament.Based on Author's intermittent ethnological fieldwork in Phnom Penh during 2013-2017,the historical making of the sub-ethnic community,its current community structure,organizational diversification,and educational continuity of the local identity have been discussed respectively.On ground of Cambodia's colonial heritage,ethnic hierarchy,and current inner ethnic Chinese community structure,the Author adapts a chronological analytical frame to understanding how sub-ethnic organizations situates and local identity is constituted within current socio-political environment.After introducing the operative details and development predicament of current 4 sub-ethnic organizations,the article is concluded with the discussion on the empirical formation and theoretical approach of sub-ethnic and local identity application with Cantonese cases in Cambodia.
