Objective To study and compare the efficacy and safety of Ticagrelor versus Clopidogrel for acute coronary syndromes,to provides reference for clinicians to choose rational drug use regimen. Methods A total of 158 patients who were referred to Liaoyang Center Hospital from February 2016 to April 2017 for cute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups( 79 patients in each group). Each groups were given routine treatment after admission. The patients in control group were treated with Clopidogrel, and the experiment group were treated with Ticagrelor. To compare the platelet function and adverse cardiovascular events between two groups. Results The maximum platelet aggregation rate and the average aggregation rate of the patients in the experiment group were significantly lower than those who in the control group after 2 hours,24 hours and 5 days pharmacy( P〈0. 05). During 1 month, the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than those who in control group. And also the incidence of adverse effect was 8. 86% which was lower than 20. 25% in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Ticagrelor is effective in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. It can inhibit platelet aggregation and prevent the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events effectively. Also it has high security,so it is worth to promote in clinic.
