妊娠高血压患者血清HSP70、内脂素、胱抑素C的水平变化与心功能相关性研究

Correlation analysis of serum levels of HSP70,visfatin,and CysC in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension and heart function

目的探讨妊娠高血压(PIH)患者血清热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、内脂素、胱抑素C(Cys C)的水平变化与心功能相关性。方法选取榆林市中医医院2010-05~2015-05收治妊娠高血压患者95例(妊高组),其中轻度PIH患者34例,中度PIH患31例,重度PIH患者30例,另选择健康妊娠孕妇(40例)为对照组。分别检测各组血清HSP70、内脂素和Cys C水平及心功能指标舒张早期/舒张晚期最大血流速度(E/A)值和左心室射血分数(LVEF)。分析上述参数间的相关性。结果与对照组比较,妊高组患者血清HSP70、内脂素和Cys C水平明显升高(P<0.01)。与轻度妊高组比较,中度妊高组患者血清HSP70水平明显升高(P<0.01)。与轻、中度妊高组比较,重度妊高组患者血清HSP70、内脂素和Cys C水平明显升高(P<0.01)。与对照组和轻、中度妊高组比较,重度妊高组患者的E/A和LVEF水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清HSP70、内脂素和Cys C水平与心功能指标E/A和LVEF均呈负相关。结论血清HSP70、内脂素和胱抑素C的水平是反映PIH的重要指标,且与其心功能密切相关。

Objective To investigate serum levels of heat shock protein 70 （HSP70）,visfatin,and cystatin C （CysC）in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension （PIH） and the correlation with heart function. Methods Ninty-five patients with PIH from may of 2010 to may of 2015 were chosen in our hospital. Mild PIH was 34 cases,moderate PIH with 31 cases,and serious PIH with 30 cases. 40 health pregnant women were elected as control group. Serum levels of HSP70,visfatin and CysC and heart function indexs as E/A and LVEF were detected in all groups.Correlation between parameters was analyzed. Results Compared with control group,serum levels of HSP70,visfatin and CysC were obviously increased （P〈0. 01）. Compared with mild PIH group,serum level of HSP70 of patients in moderate PIH group was remarkably increased （P〈0. 01）. Compared with mild and moderate PIH group,serum levels of HSP70,visfatin and CysC in serious PIH group were increaed （P〈0. 01）. Compared with mild and moderate PIH group,levels of E/A and LVEF in serious PIH group were decreaed with statistical significance （P 0.01）. Correlation between serum levels of HSP70,visfatin and CysC and heart function indexs as E/A and LVEF was negative. Conclusion Serum levels of HSP70,visfatin and CysC are important indexs for PIH,and are closely related to heart function.
