安康汉滨区农村妇女阴道炎的患病现状

Prevalence status of rural women's vaginitis in hanbin district of Ankang

目的了解陕西省安康汉滨区10个镇农村妇女常见的三种阴道炎患病情况,探索常见阴道炎的防治措施,并为其提供理论依据。方法本次研究以10149名安康汉滨区农村妇女为研究对象,对其进行妇科常规检查、阴道分泌物湿片显微镜检查。结果对10149名安康汉滨区农村妇女进行阴道炎筛查,其中正常总例数7229例,占总数的71.23%;滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎共3920例,占参加筛查人数的28.77%,分别为345例、336例、2239例,检出率分别为3.11%、3.40%、22.06%。结论安康汉滨区10个镇农村妇女阴道炎发病率较高,可能与地区部分乡镇位置偏远,妇女文化程度低,自我保健知识、妇科疾病防治知识缺乏等因素有关。应加强常见阴道炎知识的宣教,提高妇女对阴道炎预防及治疗的意识,有效减轻阴道炎对妇女的身心危害。

Objective To understand rural women＇s common prevalence of three kinds of vaginitis,and explore prevention and control measures,and provide a theoretical basis for it in the 10 towns of Hanbin District in Shaanxi province. Methods The routine gynecological examination and vaginal wet film microscopy were done by 10149 healthy rural women in Hanbin District. Results There were 7229 cases （71. 23%） of normal and 3920 cases （28.77%） of vaginitis,which trichomonas vaginitis,fungal vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis were 345 cases （3. 11%）,336 cases （3. 40%） and 2239 cases （22. 06%）,respectively. Conclusion The incidence of vaginitis in rural women is high,which may be related to the remote location of some villages and towns,the low level of women＇s education,the knowledge of self health care and the lack of knowledge about the prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases. it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and education of common vaginitis and actively treat effectively reduce the harm to women＇s body and mind.
