大跨预应力混凝土箱梁桥高边墩的大刚度托架受力性能测试 被引量:1

摘要 结合中胜特大桥(70m+125m+70m)连续梁边跨现浇段平衡托架施工,对托架进行了结构设计。设计了混凝土预制块堆载法的托架预压方案。对预压和箱梁段浇注时托架的位移和应力进行了监测,并建立了托架的有限元模型,进行了比较分析。实测结果表明托架具有较大的刚度,最大弹性变形仅为5mm,理论分析结果比实测值略大,说明托架设计符合要求。相关测试成果可为同类工程提供参考。 Combined with bracket balance construction of Zhongsheng bridge(70 m+125 m+70 m) continuous beam cast-in-site side span segments, the structure of the bracket was designed. The preloading scheme of the prefabricated block loading method was designed as well.The displacement and stress of the bracket during preloading and box beam casting were monitored. The finite element model of the bracket was established and analyzed. The measured results show that the brackets had large rigidity, the maximum elastic deformation was only5 mm, the theoretical analysis results were slightly larger than the measured value, indicating that the bracket design meets the requirements.Relevant test results can provide reference for similar projects.
