This paper mainly introduces the effective measures in Niutang tunnel design according the sections appearing the karst, crack and high water pressure, the measures are advanced forecasting, special design of lining, and adding center ditch and so on, then puts forward the countermeasures for leakage problem existing in tunnel construction and operation.
