近年来,环境污染越来越严重,环境监测在环境评价的过程中有十分重要的效用,环境影响评价工作必须要用环境质量监测或污染物排放监测的有力数据来进行支持。论文对环境影响评论工作的职能进行了简单介绍,分析环境监测与环境影响评价之间的关系,并对环境监测中出现的问题提出建议和方法。

In recent years, the environmental pollution become more and more serious, environmental monitoring has very important effect in the process of environment assessment, the environment assessment must be supporting with the environmental quality monitoring data and pollutant emissions monitoring data. Paper simply introduces the function of environment assessment, analyzes the relationship between environment assessment and environmental monitoring, then puts forward the countermeasures to solving the problems existing in the environment monitoring.
