摘要
一个项目的管理水平主要取决于管理者的水平,而管理者最重要的职责之一是对分包方的管理,尤其是国际工程,分包方、施工人员大都是外方人员,这就对中方人员的分包管理水平提出了更高的要求。论文着重阐述在国外项目的施工过程中,如何更好地选择并管理好劳务分包方。
The management level of a project is determined by its management team and can be reflected on the management of subcontractors especially in some international projects. Subcontractors and construction personnel are from overseas, which calls for higher requirement for sub-construction and administration. This article emphasizes on how to select and manage labor subcontractor wisely in overseas project construction.
