在港航工程建设的过程中,必须有效地管理和控制实际工程预算过程中的整体实施,保证整个航道的建设质量问题,从而推动航道优化的基础上实施工程造价的控制,保证投资的效益。论文分析了港航工程造价中存在的主要问题,并提出加强港航工程造价控制的相关策略。

In the process of port construction, we must effectively manage and control the overall project budget in the implementation process, to ensure the construction quality of the whole channel, so as to promote the basic channel on the optimization of the implementation of the project cost control, to ensure the efficiency of investment. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction cost of port and waterway engineering, and puts forward some relevant strategies for strengthening the cost control of port and waterway engineering.
