Study on the Quality Events During the Construction of Nuclear Island Auxiliary Workshop in S Nuclear Power Construction Project

运用因果图分析法对某核电建设项目核岛辅助厂房施工过程中发生的质量事件进行分析研究,从多角度探寻事件发生的原因,并基于此提出在后续核电项目现场施工过程中应重点关注的事项,以期有效预防类似事件再次发生,提高核电建造质量,确保核电建造和运行安全。

The thesis using the analysis method of cause and effect figure analyzes the quality event happened in the construction process of nuclear island auxiliary workshop in a nuclear power construction project, and attends to seek the root causes from multi aspects, then based on this, paper puts forward the attentions in the on site construction of following nuclear project, in order to prevent the occurring of similar events, and improve the construction quality of nuclear project, ensure the safety of nuclear construction and operation.
