下颌骨舌侧孔的CBCT评估

Evaluation of mandibular lingual foramina using cone-beam computed tomography

目的:利用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)对下颌骨舌侧孔(mandibular lingual foramina,MLF)进行影像学评估。方法:从四川大学华西口腔医院影像数据库中随机选取567例患者的CBCT影像资料,观察下颌骨舌侧孔的数量,对应的位置以及发生频率。结果:567例患者CBCT图像观察到MLF 1203个。555例患者在下颌骨中线处发现MLF,占样本总人数的97.88%。217例(38.27%)和59例(10.41%)患者分别在前磨牙区和尖牙区发现MLF。结论:CBCT可清楚显示下颌骨舌侧孔的数量和位置,为临床应用提供参考。

Objective： The aim of this study was to assess the amount and regional frequency of mandibular lingual foramina（ MLF）. Methods： A retrospective study was conducted by selecting images of the mandible from 567 patients to observe the location of MLF. Results： In total,1203 MLFs were found of 567 patients. The highest regional frequency was recognized in the midline area of 555 patients（ 97. 88%）,followed by premolar area with 217 patients（ 38. 27%） and 59 patients（ 10. 41%） in canine area. Conclusion： CBCT examination easily demonstrates the presence of the lingual foramina and their vascular canals,and clinicians should pay attention to the position of MLF and its possible implications.
