摘要
通过文献分析,目前植物分类学家不认为纹党参是素花党参的变种,但植物遗传学和显微形态学研究显示纹党参与素花党参在DNA多态性与花粉粒形态有差异;生药学研究纹党参与白条党参的外观区别主要是纹党参通体过半有明显的致密环状横纹,而白条党参通体外观环状横纹通体一般不过半;植物生理研究显示纹党参栽培区宜选在暖温带≥0℃的活动积温2 796.3~333 0.5℃、海拔1 800~2 200 m的山地,栽培与产地加工方面的文献研究基础较为薄弱,建议开展道地产区的地理气候、土质对于纹党参药材质量的影响研究,积累纹党参栽培、生境、遗传学方面的基础数据研究。
Through a literature review,at present,plant taxonomists do not think that Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var. modesta(Nannf.)is variety from Codonopsis pilosula. However,on plant genetics and microscopic morphology about Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var. modesta(Nannf.) and Codonopsis pilosula,studies showed that the polymorphism of DNA and pollen grains were different between each other. These studies of pharmacognosy showed that the difference between Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta and Codonopsis pilosula was mainly that obvious dense ring of Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var. modesta was more than half on its whole body,while dense ring of Codonopsis pilosula was always less than half in its body appearance;Plant physiology study showed that cultivation area should be selected in warm temperate zone(≥0 ℃)with accumulated temperature of 2 796.3~3 330.5 ℃ and altitude of 1 800~2 200 meters. The literature research foundation of cultivation and origin processing is relatively weak. It is suggested that research on Codonopsis pilosula quality influenced by geography and climate of and soils will be held so that we can accumulate basic data on cultivation and habitat as well as the genetic of Codonopsis pilosula.
