布氏杆菌病活疫苗(S2株)强制免疫绵羊抗体水平监测

Surveillance of antibody in sheep forced immunized with Brucellosis vaccine (S2)

为了了解布氏杆菌病活疫苗(S2株)强制免疫后的绵羊免疫抗体水平及消长变化规律,采用布病虎红平板凝集试验,对张掖市六县区布氏杆菌病活疫苗(S2株)强制免疫后的绵羊进行了免疫抗体抽样检测。结果表明,免疫后15 d抗体阳性率平均为29.3%,免疫后30 d抗体阳性率平均为18.0%,免疫后60 d抗体阳性率平均为7.5%,免疫后90 d抗体阳性率平均为1.8%。

In order to investigate the variation of antibody level in sheep immunized with brucellosis vaccine（S2）,brucellosis RBPT was performed on the sheep after the forced immunization of the brucellosis vaccine（S2）in six counties in Zhangye. Theresults showed that the positive rate of antibody was 29.3% on the 15 th day after immunization,18.0% on the 30 th day,7.5% on the 60 th day and 1.8% on the 90 th day after immunization.
