20世纪80年代的现实主义文学思潮与选本编纂之间是一种错位的关系。80年代中期以前,在现实主义占据主导地位的时候,真正以现实主义命名的选本却不多见,现实主义文学思潮选本多出现在现实主义已如明日黄花之时。这样一种错位表明,当现实主义思潮占据主流之时,现实主义并不成其为一个问题,故而无需特以现实主义之名命名选本。在这之前,虽无现实主义命名的文学选本,但大多选本所录作品很少不是现实主义之作。如此种种,与现实主义文学在80年代的命运及其同现代主义的复杂关系密不可分。

The relationship between the realistic literary trend and the compilation of anthology was misplaced in the 1980 s.Before the Mid-1980 s,when the realistic becomes the dominant literary trend,realistic anthology that was named is rare.Such a dislocation shows that realism does not become a problem when it becomes a dominant literary trend so that anthology did not need to be named by realism.Before that,although none of literary anthology was named realism,most of works included were realistic.All of those were linked with the fate of the realistic literature in the 1980 s and the complex relationship between modernism and realism.
