我国优秀女子-50kg级空手道运动员技术特征研究

Skill Characteristics Study on 50kg Chinese Elite Female Karate Players

运用了文献资料法、访谈法、录像观察法和数据统计法对我国优秀女子-50kg级空手道运动员技术特征进行研究。结果显示:(1)女子-50kg级在比赛中将单一技术作为主导技术,组合技术为辅。单一技术又以拳法为主,其次是腿法。充分说明女子-50kg级运动员在训练中通常倾向于练习单一技术的进攻效果和规范性(2)在单一拳法中前手上段拳和后手上段拳的使用率和成功率最高,中段后手拳最少。说明女子-50kg级运动员以前手上段拳和后手上段拳为主要得分技术。腿法的横踢技术是被运动员最广泛运用的,其次是高位横踢,外挂腿得分相对更困难,运用少,成功率也低。(3)2组合技术是女子-50kg级运动员运用组合技术时的首要选择,2组合技术大都成功在第二个进攻动作。3组合与4及以上组合技术的使用率很少,得分率为0。

This paper uses literature,interviews,video observation and statistics data methods to study the skill characteristics of 50 kg Chinese elite female karate players. The results are as follows：（ 1） Single skill is the leading skill in 50 kg match while combination skill is subsidiary,while fist skills are prior to leg skills,which show that the attack effect and normalization of single skill is popular among 50 kg female karate players.（ 2） In single fist skills,the usage rate and success rate of upper front and back hand fists are the highest,while middle back hand fists the lowest,which means the former 2 fists are main scoring skills. In leg skills,transverse kicking is the most frequently used skill followed by high position transverse kicking,while lateral kicking is seldom used with low success rate.（ 3） 2 combination skill is the first choice in using combination skills,with most success occurs at the second attack. 3 or 4 combination skills are rare used with no scoring rate.
