摘要
随着竞技健美操的推广,其特征逐渐向着"难、美、新"的方向发展,整套动作中C组难度在数量和使用频率上都占有主要比重,结合C组难度发现,核心力量不论是在起跳、腾空、落地阶段都发挥这重要的作用,基于中国知网搜索的相关文献,基于中国知网搜索的相关文献,通过对文献的梳理初步探索出适合竞技健美操运动员C组难度动作的核心力量训练方法,从而提高运动员展示与完成C组高难度动作的质量,为我国竞技健美操训练提供参考性建议。
With the promotion of competitive aerobics,which gradually develops toward the trend of " difficult,beautiful,and new",group C difficulty movements occupy a major proportion in the number and frequency in match. It is found that core strength covers an important role in take-off,flight and landing stage when executing group C difficulty. Based on literatures from CNKI,the core strength training methods that suit group C difficulty are explored to promote the movement quality and offer referential suggestions for aerobic training in China.
