摘要
为了探讨不同背景大学生骑乘共享单车运动满意度的情形。以苏州大学学生为调查研究对象,共发出问卷550份,回收有效样本为507份,调查问卷经统计分析与讨论有以下发现:1)男生与女生在骑乘共享单车运动满意度因素之"心理"、"教育"、"社交"、"放松"、"生理"、"审美"方面达显著差异存在;2)不同住宿地点大学生在骑乘共享单车运动满意度因素在"心理"、"教育"、"社交"、"放松"、"生理"、"审美"部分无显著差异;3)不同骑行里程在共享单车运动满意度因素在"心理"、"教育"、"社交"、"放松"、"生理"、"审美"部分无显著差异;4)不同年级在共享单车运动满意度之"心理"、"社交"、"生理"达显著差异,经事后比较在"心理"、"社交"、"生理"方面,三年级均大于一年级。根据上述的结果,对共享单车服务提供商更好的服务社会以及未来研究上提出相关之建议。
In order to investigate students' satisfaction degree of riding shared bicycles in different backgrounds,taking the students of Soochow University as the research object,this paper issues a total of 550 questionnaires with 507 valid,and draws the following conclusions by statistical analysis and discussion: 1) boys and girls are significantly different on satisfaction factors of " psychology", " education", " social", " relaxation", " physiology" and " aesthetic"; 2) students with different dwelling places show no significant difference on the above 6 factors;3) students with different riding distance show no significant difference on the above 6 factors; 4) differences on the satisfaction of " psychology", " social" and " physiology" vary among grades,juniors show bigger difference than freshman. Based on the above results,some suggestions are put forward for the better service of the providers and on future studies of the topic.
