摘要
跆拳道属于格斗术的一种,其对于锻炼肢体的灵敏度、协调度以及身体机能有着重要意义。在跆拳道教学中加强对学生的身体功能训练更加有助于全面提高学生各项素质,但是目前我国高校跆拳道教学中的身体功能训练还存在较多的不足,因此要求高校体育教师能够加强对跆拳道身体功能训练的重视,研究出更加完整的身体功能训练体系.本文先简要分析了跆拳道身体功能训练的内容和动作设计,然后分析了跆拳道教学身体功能训练中存在的问题和策略,最后就跆拳道教学身体功能训练中需要注意的问题进行概述。
Taekwondo belongs to a kind of combat-skill,which is f great significance for the exercise of agility,coordination and body function. Introducing body function training into it could improve students' physical quality and promote their all-round development. However,functional movement training in Taekwondo is still facing many problems at present which need to be focused on to conclude a more integrated training system. This paper briefly analyzes the content and design of Taekwondo functional movement training,then analyzes the problems and strategies of functional movement training in Taekwondo,and finally summarizes the problems of the training.
