不同教育层次护理人员身心健康状态的研究

A Study on the physical and mental health of nursing staff at various educational levels

目的:利用srhms量表评估不同教育层次护理人员的身心健康状态。方法:通过对天津医科大学总医院临床科室工龄在3年以内(含3年)的132名护理人员进行srhms量表测试,按照学历分为专科组和本科组。分析比较57名专科组护士与75名本科组护士,在身体症状与器官功能、健康总体自测、日常生活功能、身体活动功能、正向情绪、心理症状与负向情绪、认知功能、角色活动与社会适应、社会资源与社会接触、社会支持方面有无统计学差异。结果:本科组与专科组在身体症状与器官功能、正向情绪方面均值分别为(49.42±10.78)分与(52.79±7.67)分,(37.79±7.81)分与(40.77±4.99)分,有显著性差异。结论:护理职业中,专科组在工作中的正向情绪高于本科组,对护理的认可度高,从而更加珍惜护理工作。受情绪的影响,其自身的生理功能更健康。在护理工作中应加强本科生的心理素质教育及对工作的认可度。

Objective： To evaluate the physical and mental health of nursing staff at various levels of education through the self-rated health measurement scale（SRHMS）. Methods： A total of 132 nursing staff（with no more than 3 years nursing experience were surveyed by SRHMS. The enrolled nurses were separated into two groups based on their education levels ： junior college group（n = 57） and undergraduate group（n=75）. The SPSS software has been applied for analyzing and comparing the differences between the two groups in various aspects including physical symptoms, organ function, health self-test, daily life function, physical function, positive emotion,psychological symptom and negative emotion, recognition function, role activities and social adaptation, social resources and social contact,social support. Results： The mean values of physical symptoms, organ function and positive emotion were 49.42 ±10.78 vs 52.79±7.67 and37.79 ±7.81 vs 40.77 ±4.99, respectively, indicating significant differences between the junior college group and the undergraduate group.Conclusion： The positive emotion of the junior college group is higher than that of the undergraduate group due to higher recognition and thus more cherishing of the nursing work. Affected by the positive mood, their physiological function is healthier. In the future nursing work, work recognition and the psychological quality of the undergraduate should be encouraged and strengthened.
