摘要
目的:调查口腔正畸固定矫治患者的健康宣教依从性和预约及服务需求状况,探讨适合其个性化特点的服务模式。方法:采用自行设计的正畸患者服务需求调查问卷对佩戴固定矫治器的青少年187例及成人84例患者进行问卷调查。结果:青少年组与成人组比较,青少年组健康宣教依从性低于成人组、复诊提醒频率需求高于成人组、提醒方式选择与成人组存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:口腔正畸固定矫治器佩戴患者对健康宣教、复诊预约及提醒方式存在不同程度和形式的需求,应该根据不同年龄组患者需求特点,建立自动化、新型服务和提醒平台。
Objective: To take a survey on appointment, nursing demands and health education compliance of fixed orthodontics patients,and to evaluate the individualized nursing mode suitable for them. Methods: Questionnaire survey was carried out on the orthodontics patient with fixed appliances using the self-designed service demand questionnaire. Results: Compared with the adult group, health education compliance of the youth group was significantly lower(P0.01), the demand for frequency of appointment reminding was significantly higher(P0.01)Conclusion: The demands of orthodontics patient with fixed appliances for health education, appointment reminding, reminding ways are different in the degree and the form. According to the needs of patients with different age groups,a new type of automation, reminding service platform should be established, so as to improve the success rates of reservation appointment and patient satisfaction.
