摘要 针对目前对伴生放射性矿的管理缺乏配套的实施细则,特别是对其监管模式及管控标准的制定有待于进一步完善等问题,采用了以伴生放射性矿放射性核素浓度限值及γ辐射剂量率限值作为参数的分类方法,对管控值分类进行了细化,在以豁免管理、不加限制、加以限制、禁止开采4类辐射水平管控指标基础上,提出了不加限制分不予管理和予以备案管理部分;加于限制分加于限制和严格限制部分。通过对伴生放射性矿的辐射水平管控指标的研究,为后续制定科学、实用的管理制度、分类标准等提供技术依据,进而促进和规范伴生放射性矿开发利用朝健康、良性方向发展。 At present,the management of associated radioactive ore is lack of detailed rules for implementation,and regulatory model and control standards should be further improved,aimed at these problems,the limit value of radioactive nuclide concentration and gamma radiation dose rate are used as parameters,the classification of control values was refined. On the basis of the classification of control values divided into exempted supervision,unrestricted exploitation,restricted exploitation and prohibited exploitation for mine supervision,the unrestricted exploitation was divided into not to be managed and filed. The restricted exploitation was divided into impose restrictions and strict restrictions. It is meaningful in offering the technical basis in formulating scientific and practical classification technical standard of mine associated with radionuclides. and then strengthening the supervision and healthy to mines associated with radionuclides,boosting their development of exploitation and utilization.
