基于ANSYS Workbench的坑道取心钻机主机设计与优化 被引量:1

摘要 坑道取心钻机使用环境多样,大多场合搬迁条件较差,很多场合还依靠人力进行搬迁,要求钻机在满足强度的前提下结构轻便。结合坑道取心钻机升级换代和轻量化设计的目标,介绍了坑道取心钻机主机在极限工况下的受力分析,利用Solid Edge软件建立坑道钻机主机的三维模型,针对坑道钻机使用时可能发生的工作情况,用ANSYS Workbench进行了有限元模拟对比,指出该钻机主机的调角机构应力较大,通过增加前支撑等措施改善主机受力条件,满足了设计要求。 The use environment of underground coring drilling rig was variety,and most of them have a poor relocation condition,the relocations of drilling rig mainly rely on human labor,requiring the rig with light structure to meet the strength. The stress analysis for the underground coring drilling rig at extreme conditions was introduced combined with the coring drill rig upgrade and lightweight design goals,the 3D model of underground coring drilling rig was established by using Solid Edge. Aiming at the possible work of the tunnel rig,the finite element simulation of ANSYS Workbench was carried out,and it was pointed out that the stress mechanism of the drilling machine main body was bigger,and the load condition of the host was improved by the measures of increasing the front support to meet the design requirements.
