矿井立式排水系统支撑结构的设计与可靠性研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对矿井立式排水系统运行时载荷大,对支撑结构强度及稳定性要求高的特点,在设计了支撑结构的基础上,建立了支撑结构的三维实体模型。以800 m深矿井为例,分析了矿井立式排水系统支撑结构载荷,并结合ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对支撑结构模型在工况载荷下进行可靠性仿真分析,给出了可靠性评价,证明了所设计支撑结构的可靠性,为同类支撑结构的设计提供借鉴。 The mine vertical drainage system was characterized with large running loads and high requirements for the rigidity and stability of supporting structure,so the three-dimensional solid model of supporting structure was built on the basis of designing the supporting structure and the essential sizes. Take the 800 metre deep mine as an example,the supporting structure load of mine vertical drainage system was analyzed,the assessment of its reliability were made according to the reliability evaluation of the supporting structure model made by ANSYS Workbench software of finite element analysis,the reliability and safety of the supporting structure are verified,which provides guidance for the design of similar supporting beams.
