改性CuO/ZrO_2催化剂催化乏风瓦斯燃烧性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以氧气为改性气体,对常规CuO/ZrO_2催化剂进行等离子体处理,制得了改性CuO/ZrO_2催化剂,并用于乏风瓦斯催化燃烧实验研究。结果表明:对CuO/ZrO_2催化剂进行适当的等离子体处理,可改善催化剂的表面结构,从而提高催化剂的活性。对CuO/ZrO_2催化剂进行等离子体处理30 min,其催化活性最强,用该催化剂催化乏风瓦斯燃烧,特征温度明显降低,T10、T50、T90分别为403℃、513℃和681℃。同时,CuO/ZrO_2催化剂的活性随着改性气体空速的增大而增强。 The CuO/ZrO2 catalyst was modified using low temperature O2 plasma and the catalyst modified was used in the catalytic combustion of ventilation air methane.The results showed that the appropriate modified processing can improve the surface structure of the catalyst.The optimum plasma treatment time is 30 min.When the catalyst modified was used in the catalytic combustion of ventilation air methane,the characteristic temperature was decreased significantly.The characteristic temperature that T(10),T(50) and T(90) is 403℃,513℃ and 681℃,respectively.The activity of catalyst increased with increasing space velocity of O2.
