硼氢化钠醇解制氢用泡沫镍载钴磷纳米花合金催化剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用化学镀法制备了Co-P/Ni foam催化剂,详细研究了催化剂制备条件对其表面形貌和催化性能的影响。优化制备条件得到纳米花型形貌的Co-P/Ni foam催化剂,通过对其结构和性能进行表征,该纳米花型形貌的Co-P/Ni foam催化剂表现出优秀的催化硼氢化钠甲醇解制氢的活性,室温下达到3.52 L/min/g的最大制氢速率。 Ni foam supported Co-P alloy catalysts were synthesized by electroless plating method.Effects of preparation conditions on morphology and performance of the catalysts were studied in detail.And the optimum conditions for the catalyst were studied.Co-P catalysts composed of nano flowers are successfully obtained under optimized conditions.The as-prepared Co-P/Ni foam catalyst with hierarchical flower-like shape shows significantly enhanced catalytic activity during methanolysis of NaBH4,affording hydrogen release rate of 3.52 L·min^(-1)·g^(-1) at 25℃.
